Nederlands Dans Theater - NDT 1

The world-renowned Nederlands Dans Theater returns to Luxembourg with a new work by Marcos Morau, who joined the company as associate choreographer in 2025. The collaboration marks a deepening artistic bond: Morau previously created Horses for NDT 1. The Valencian artist moves between his own company La Veronal - whose Sonoma and Firmamento have marked recent seasons at the Grand Théâtre - and major European ensembles. He is known for building dense stage worlds where movement, image, sound, and dramaturgy form a single language. His visually arresting works inhabit a territory between surrealism and physical theatre, shaping abstract movement into unsettling tableaux.
